We are looking for dedicated individuals to help advance our mission by serving as our next Project Manager and Advancement Coordinator.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction-related projects for the organization, including builds, land acquisition assessments, property rehabilitation, and permit management. This role supports the mission of the organization by ensuring construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with budgetary and organizational goals. The Project Manager works closely with the Construction Manager, staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance with applicable regulations.
In addition to construction responsibilities, the Project Manager also plays a key role in bringing new organizational initiatives to life. This includes leading and supporting cross-departmental projects that advance strategic priorities, improving systems and processes, and managing special projects as assigned. The position bridges operational execution with organizational growth, helping translate ideas and goals into well-implemented programs and initiatives that strengthen the organization’s overall impact.
The Advancement Coordinator supports the mission and vision of Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County (HFHFC) by engaging community members and strengthening key relationships, including individuals, churches, corporations, civic groups, and foundations. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this position assists in implementing fundraising and outreach strategies – such as bi-annual appeals, donor cultivation, sponsorships, grants, and special events – and is responsible for planning and coordinating all HFHFC events. The Advancement Coordinator ensures compliance with all fundraising, marketing, and reporting requirements established by donors, grantors, foundations, institutions, and government entities.
