ReStore Manager
Les serves as our ReStore Manager, bringing a strong background in retail management and a deep understanding of how the ReStore fuels Habitat’s mission. A hands-on leader, Les oversees every aspect of the store’s daily operations, ensuring a great experience for shoppers and donors alike to directly support our affordable housing initiatives.
Kent Cordell
Construction Coordinator
Kent brings extensive experience as a professional builder to his role on our construction team. He manages the day-to-day details at our build sites and coordinates instructions for our volunteers, ensuring a safe and productive environment. Kent is deeply motivated by the knowledge that his craftsmanship helps local families in need while putting God’s love into action.
Carolyn DeKalb
Donation Procurement Coordinator
Carolyn is a seasoned retail veteran who handles donor relations for the ReStore. She works closely with local organizations and individual donors to secure quality inventory, ensuring the ReStore stays fully stocked to directly support Habitat’s homebuilding mission.
Justin Hoke
Project Manager
Justin brings over a decade of Habitat experience back to the affiliate as our Project Manager. His deep understanding of the mission and construction process ensures our projects move forward efficiently for the families we serve.

Director of Operations
Rick brings over 20 years of experience in operations, sales, and team leadership to Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County. His focus on streamlining processes, building strong teams, and driving organizational excellence supports Habitat’s mission of creating safe, affordable housing.

Executive Director
Alan joined Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County in 2024, bringing over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience. With a background in administration and strategic planning, Alan is focused on equipping the Habitat community to achieve self-reliance through homeownership and fostering the continued growth of the organization’s initiatives
Nate McKee
Assistant ReStore Manager
Nate serves as our Assistant ReStore Manager, bringing a strong background in retail operations and a proven track record in customer services. A vital part of keeping daily operations running smoothly, Nate handles everything from managing floor logistics and driving the donation truck to collaborating closely with our staff and volunteers.
Matt Pittman
Community Engagement Manager
Matt brings years of experience in client-facing roles, volunteer training, and community outreach. Passionate about helping others use their talents to give back, Matt collaborates with community partners to help area families secure affordable housing and connect volunteers with meaningful ways to serve.

Director of Advancement
Mark has been a dedicated part of the Habitat family since 2009 and played a key role in launching our ReStore in 2015. In his current role, he serves as a vital bridge to the community, working directly with the public to share our mission and connect people with meaningful ways to support affordable housing.
