Meet the Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County Team
We work hard to ensure everyone has a decent place to live.
Les Clugston
ReStore Manager
Les is our ReStore Manager. He has strong retail experience and understands just how much the ReStore supports the mission of Habitat for Humanity. Les does just about every job there is to do in running the store.
Kent Cordell
Construction Coordinator
Kent has great experience as a professional builder. He coordinates details at our job sites and gives instructions to the volunteers. He particularly likes that his work helps people in need and shows God’s love at the same time.
Donna Hess
Donation Procurement Specialist
Donna has been with the ReStore since 2019, and had experience working in thrift stores and donated inventory. When she’s not on the phone answering donation questions or scheduling pickups, Donna is in the back processing donations and keeping the store neat and clean. Donna knows so many people locally and enjoys finding connections with the people she meets.
Justin Hoke
Operations Director
Justin has served with Habitat since the very beginning of our ReStore days. He oversees the daily business of our affiliate including finances, volunteers, lots of reporting, compliance, and workflow.
Alan Lane
Executive Director
Alan joined Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County in 2024, bringing over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience. With a background in administration and strategic planning, Alan is focused on equipping the Habitat community to achieve self-reliance through homeownership and fostering the continued growth of the organization’s initiatives
Nate McKee
Assistant ReStore Manager
Nate is our Assistant ReStore Manager. Like Les, he has strong retail experience and history with customer service. Nate helps to keep things running smoothly, sometimes drives the truck, and works well with volunteers and staff alike
Mark D. Story
Director of Advancement
Mark has been associated with Habitat since 2009 and helped open the ReStore in 2015. His primary responsibilities are working out in the public to help connect people with our mission.
